Whimsical Masonry: Sometimes, a client will allow the Artist to shine and create something that is truly different... this is the entrance to the Coseo residence in Escondido, CA. The walk is composed of a mixture of Three Rivers Flagstone, Aqua colored pebbles imported from Bali, along with other Maroon pebbles reminiscent of large olives. The pillars were built on a foundation of boulders and the rocks shrink in size as the pillars rise. Also incorporated are ‘Clinker’ bricks, Lava rock and other interesting materials.
